At this position, you will be responsible for sales operations for Breitling MEA area. The role handling Wholesale and Retail sales planning, sales ordering, sales administration, stock supervision, sales analysis and reports. Support to budget preparation and forecasting, product pricing and product launches.
Your responsibilities:
Support annual sales planning using Breitling IBP system in coordination with Breitling MEA Top Management
Collecting the orders from POS
Monthly SELL IN IBP planning and order allocation
Creating clear detailed monthly overview about IBP data for the Breitling MEA Top management
Perform sales administration (product information and pricing)
Supervision of POS order allocation and supply
Conducting sales analysis and reporting, including POS SELL OUT performance and Stock assortment
Conducting Competitor`s analysis and price comparison
Your profile:
You have at least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role, and ideally within the Luxury and /or FMCG industry
You graduated a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree
You have a planning and ordering skills
You are an advanced PC user (Microsoft Office + Logistic/Ordering programs)
You have a stock management and supply knowledge
You are familiar with Sales Analysis, Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting
You are able to work very independently and with high motivation, as well to follow HQ\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines
You have a good level of communication skills in English
