A water treatment & filtration company in Dubai is looking for: ADMIN & SALES COORDINATOR w/ attractive salary & benefits Job Responsibilities:
Prepare Quotations, Contracts, Invoices, LPO\xe2\x80\x99s, Renewals, Daily Schedules, and Monthly Supplies etc.
Follow up on payments and service renewals
Maintaining Daily/ Weekly and Monthly Sales Report
Handling calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries via phone, emails and writings
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts and arranging delivery dates/ delivered on time.
Handling orders by phone, email, or mail
Handling all products Inventories (Systems, Fittings etc.)
Coordinating the technicians by managing schedules and work closely and effectively with them.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays on the services or problems if the sales representatives are unavailable
Sending service report and actual pictures to the clients after the service maintenance
Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers
Makes follow up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates
Responds to any complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Produces reports based on the sales of employees in the sales department
Store and sort
Carrying out administrative task such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork\xe2\x80\x99s and filing important documents such as Service Reports/Agreement & Invoices/ Drawings etc. And communicating relevant information
Provides support to managers and their department staff in everyday administrative needs as well as backfilling the other administrative staff when needed.
Job Requirements: Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel , Outlook, Word, etc. Proficiency in English Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with high level of dedication Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner Must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork. Time management skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to work well with others in all capacities within the company Ability to adapt in changing situations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
