Responding to the regular and routine customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, sampling, technical information and dispatch related information on calls and emails in a timely and accurate manner. Providing Back office support to the sales team. Escalating inquiries from customers or clients to the sales team and responding with follow up actions to ensure high-level customer satisfaction. Following up with all customers for payments or any other critical issues Organizing Product sample to the customers after coordinating with the sales team. Maintaining and updating database of customer contacts on CRM system Key Skills:
