Job Description

JOB Summary

Responsible to retain and increase existing business by managing relationship with clients and for generating new business through customer interaction and sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

\xc2\xb7 Produce and provide parts sales quotes and other sales related actions as instructed by Supervisor

\xc2\xb7 Support sales efforts, support regional and global sales efforts.

\xc2\xb7 Increase sales for Slow moving Parts and reduce Inventory to meet company targets.

\xc2\xb7 Gather information from customer and inform Sales Sr. Supervisor of any forecasted tender, purchasing request, new/additional services, tools, parts or equipment request.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

\xc2\xb7 Communicate with customer\'s representatives to plan operations, follow the preparation and performances required by the customer.

\xc2\xb7 Identify customer needs or problems, develop and present solutions or options.

\xc2\xb7 Communicate with customers on a regular basis to get feedback.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain contract review documents as required by customers for parts planning, execution and evaluation include raise concerns if any changes to it (such as legal, delivery time, customer service requirements, etc.).

\xc2\xb7 Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

\xc2\xb7 Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

\xc2\xb7 Maintains a current knowledge of market activities including competitive products, pricing and policies, new technology, product specifications and possible new products. Communicates this information to management on a regular basis.

\xc2\xb7 Making the company\'s products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.

\xc2\xb7 Assist Client with all required certificates, manuals and all related documentation to the Parts delivered.

\xc2\xb7 Other duties and responsibilities as designated by supervisor.

\xc2\xb7 Support the implementation of specific strategies within the Company to minimize the exposure of safety related risk to employees from injury or disease

\xc2\xb7 Ensure Company meets its statutory obligations by supporting to QHSE Systems and Policies

\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with safety obligations of persons generally

Continuous Improvement - "Show we can always do things better to eliminate NPT"

Contribute towards continuous improvement of all processes and systems by:

\xc2\xb7 Initiate and implement improvement in performance for the business

\xc2\xb7 Create a management culture and system that encourages resourcefulness

\xc2\xb7 Work with other specialists to identify, source and justify the implementation of new technologies

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Experience: Min. 2 years working experience in sales related role, generating quotations and direct interaction with customers

Preferred Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while paying close attention to detail.

\xc2\xb7 Considering customer satisfaction as a top priority

\xc2\xb7 Detail oriented with a structured approach to process and documentation.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal, written communication skills and leadership qualities.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.

\xc2\xb7 Work conditions may include travel to and from other Canrig facilities.

\xc2\xb7 Experienced with working in CRM, AX, Visual or other sales quoting and/or ERP system
