Strong knowledge of building materials (cement, steel, tiles, pipes, fittings, etc.)
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
Ability to coordinate multiple departments efficiently
Basic accounting and invoicing knowledge
Leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and email communication
Experience:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma (preferred)
2-5 years' experience
in a building materials trading company
Proven experience in counter sales and sales coordination
Experience in staff supervision is an added advantage
