preparing quotations for private hospitals, government tenders, and projects and responsible for submission (after approval of sales) of quotations and tenders before its closing date with all required documents
Follow up with customer to know progress / status on the quotations and Tenders.
Working on different government portal like SAP Ariba, Tejari, MOF etc
Keep track of new RFI, RFQ and Tender opportunities by searching on tender portals for all over UAE.
Preparation of Letter of Warranty, Undertaking, Offer Validity Extension etc.
Ensuing accuracy of the customers LPO's and if needed, contacts the concerned sales person to sort out the discrepancies.
Preparing sales order confirmation in line with the checklist
working on MOH import permits and product registration
Complete any projects/work assigned by team leader but not limited to maintaining reports, logs, data entry, and any other sales support functions that may arise as per business develops
Reception: Answering phone calls
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent experience
1+ years experience in a sales coordination role preferably within a healthcare or medical industry
Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Philippine National Preferred
