Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day sales operations and assist the sales team in achieving targets.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and on time.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person at the store.
Maintain and update sales records, price lists, and customer databases.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics for timely order delivery.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, payments, and deliveries.
Support sales representatives in preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Minimum
0-2 years of experience
in sales coordination, preferably in
firefighting equipment or construction materials trading
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
