For one of our prestigious clients, a leader in the Oil and Gas industry, we are seeking a Sales Coordinator (Services) to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAE
About the role:
The Sales Support Coordinator is the back-end technical resource for the External Sales team. The Resource is responsible for actively driving and managing the Application evaluation stage of the sales process. The role may be required to act as a bridge between Customers, External Sales, and Technical / Operations teams, demonstrating a basic understanding of Mechanical/Pipeline/Piping/Valve Systems. The main focus of the role is the preparation of accurate project estimates based on communication with customers and internal departments
Responsibilities
Initiate the business units account onboarding and compliance check in CRM, in alignment with FinOps customer master
Initiate and maintain CRM Data. Utilize CRM software to track and update customer information and sales activities.
Coordinate with partners/suppliers on clients proposal requirements:
Receive tender request.
Issue RFQ to partner/supplier
Prepare compliant quotation, and secure internal approval as per DOA
Submit the proposal to the customer and ensure all clarifications are coordinated.
Upon award, Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Assist in keeping CRM and FinOps up to date, until order has been invoiced.
Support the development of Standard Operating Processes and key Performance Indicators for strategic growth.
Develop extensive comprehension and procedural knowledge of the following, as critical factors to CRM and ERP Implementation.
Company\'s Customer Relationship Management Process and related tools
Company\'s organizational structure and Delegation of Authority
Company\'s Brand and branding guidelines
Provide administrative proactive assistance to the sales team, including preparing bid documents, estimates, reports, and managing & updating the sales pipeline tracker.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, seek service related and order-related querries.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments, follow-ups, and customer meetings.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of information and resources.
Assist in lead generation and management by qualifying leads and passing them to the appropriate sales representatives.
Required Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma (Preferred in Mechanical Engineering)
At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Coordination/ Inside Sales Role.
Willingness to Learn and adapt to a Dynamic Service Structured Business Unit.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization
