Job Description
The Role
\xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing all submittals based on the sales team request. \xe2\x80\xa2 Building and updating the records related to submittals shared with the clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain a proper filing of all product approvals generated by the sales team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling the clients\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries received by phone calls and channeling them to the dedicated sales team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creating new customers\xe2\x80\x99 data in the CRM tool. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing sales quotations via ERP system when needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participating in the stock count when needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assuring Musaffah Warehouse daily logistics needs in coordination with the Admin department.
Requirements
\xe2\x80\xa2 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command of the English language. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command of basic computer skills (Excellent Excel skills ) \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal Skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 High sense of responsibility, discipline and confidentiality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to cope with stress and meet tight deadlines.
