Support the sales team to maintain and develop a long-term relationship with clients through identifying and interpreting their requirements \xe2\x80\x93 with a consultative sales approach.
Administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting, Create client quotations; check tender documentations and assist our Directors of Sales with managing client accounts.
Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
Follow up all inquiries; prepare quotations and related documents for new and existing customers.
Generate lists of prospects/contacts and contact them by following standard operating procedures.
Record progress of all customer inquiries. Maintain sales records and prepare sales activity reports.
Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming calls for information.
Ensure that all incoming emails are replied to in a prompt fashion and with pertinent information.
Contract bookings and assist sales team in the execution of sales processes.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder.
Four to five years experience as sales coordinator.
Strong business mindset to identify sales opportunities in the terms of customer requirements, competition etc.
Outstanding English skills in written and verbal.
Dynamic, charismatic and enthusiastic personality.
