Looking for a Sales Coordinator: SASCO is involved in producing and distributing HVAC products for 40 years and it has been associated with some of the prestigious projects and leading MEP contractors in the region throughout this period. SASCO has completed projects in Saudi Arabia and numerous landmarks stand testimony to the firm's engineering capabilities. SASCO has also made considerable Exports in Foreign Markets, mostly to Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Oman. Job brief: We are looking for a well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. Responsibilities:

  • Checking and follow up on incoming emails and any inquiries.
  • Preparing Sales Inquiry Number to prepare the quotations and for follow-up on pending sales inquiry when we received a duct hand sketches or tag list
  • Encoding one by one for the description as per customer inquiries.
  • Preparing Quotations for HVAC Works and metal solution products against inquiries (Accessories, Aluminum, Fire Rated, Galvanized Iron, Mild / Black Steel, Pre-Insulated & Stainless-Steel Duct)
  • Updating & follow up the Pending sales inquiries.
  • Preparing Proforma Invoice against LPO received and sends to customer the Proforma Invoice for the preparing of Cheque if required while the LPO need to be in QS department to prepare the order.
  • Updating & follow up the Pending Quotations.
  • Updating the Customer list as per Daily Visit Report from Sales Executive.
  • Updating & follow up the New Projects (MEP) from the Sales Executive.
  • Updating the Running Order Reports to the Clients Site Engineer with the help of Sales Executive
  • Monitoring and provide a support to our Sales Representative for their daily agenda.
  • Preparing & Updating the Pending the delivery note on a daily basis.
  • Monitor the emails from customer and providing details for their clarification and queries:
  • Coordinate to Estimation department for any revision on the fabrication list as per client's comment / correction
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Outlook etc.)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Available inside UAE.
