Overview of the role:

Responsible for selling Spare Parts and Accessories to wholesale Parts customers

What you will do:
Managing and achieving Parts sales target according to plan & Developing Parts sales volumes in his designated area.

Receive customer enquiries. Assist wholesale account customers in selecting required Parts or Accessories in friendly, professional and efficient manner. Advise the customers on benefits of using genuine Parts

Ensure that the quotations, sales orders and application of customer discounts or special prices are performed as per the standard operating procedures.

Follow-up on Parts back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered Parts and ensure that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date.

Warehouse Management & Operations, need to check the consignment accuracy with all the related document before shipment.

Ensure customer complaint/s are addressed within the minimal time and customers are given the value for their spending.

Required Skills to be successful:
Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in any related field

Min. 5 years\' experience in spare parts operation

Experience in selling spare parts for commercial vehicles (wholesale)

Good communication skills

About the Team:
The role report to Head of Parts, this role is the most critical contributor and needs to demonstrate an extremely high level of relationship with clients

What equips you for the role:

Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in any discipline or equivalent
Minimum 5 - 7 years\' work experience in automotive or equipment spare parts especially Heavy Commercial Vehicles, industrial products & Construction Equipment\'s,

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office products. Ability and knowledge of the Parts portion of the Dealership Management System and other computer applications to support operations
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
Relationship building: Needs to have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customers.

Must have cross-cultural sensitivity

Interpersonal Skill, Knowledgeable (Spare Parts) Positive Attitude, Team Player, Continuous Improvement behaviour & Quick Learner and Ability to Learn & Grow.
