Job Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant with proven experience in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in real estate or a similar sales environment, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle property sales, including off-plan and resale units Conduct viewings, client meetings, and sales negotiations Maintain and update property listings Stay informed on market trends and available developments in Dubai Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Compensation & Benefits:

At Guarantee Future, compensation is tailored to each candidate. We offer a performance-driven model where compensation is based on commission. The commission can range from 50% to 90%, depending on volume and consistency. Additionally, monthly bonuses will be provided based on individual and team performance. Regular fresh leads are provided to ensure your pipeline stays active.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales field in Dubai Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Familiarity with real estate platforms and CRM tools Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Strong communication skills in English and Russian (spoken & written) Valid UAE driving license and own car
