Job Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant with at least 2 years of experience in real estate or a similar sales environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for property, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle property sales, including off-plan and resale units Conduct viewings, client meetings, and sales negotiations Maintain and update property listings Stay informed on market trends and available developments in Dubai Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Compensation & Benefits:

At Guarantee Future, compensation is tailored to each candidate. We offer a performance-driven model where compensation is based on commission. The commission can range from 50% to 90%, depending on volume and consistency. Additionally, monthly bonuses will be provided based on individual and team performance. Regular fresh leads are provided to ensure your pipeline stays active.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales field Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Familiarity with real estate platforms and CRM tools Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken & written) Valid UAE driving license and own car.
