About the Role:
Generation Iron is looking for a motivated and results-driven
Sales Consultant
to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and fitness, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly individual sales targets and KPIs. Handle lead generation, enquiry follow-ups, and outbound calls. Source and convert new members through outreach, referrals, and local partnerships. Build strong relationships with existing members to improve retention and satisfaction. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Manage reception duties, bookings, and cash handling accurately. Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and member engagement.
Qualifications:
College degree preferred. Proficient in English (written and verbal) with excellent phone etiquette. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Passionate about health, fitness, and overall well-being.
