As a Membership Sales Consultant, your mission is simple: grow our membership base, generate quality leads, and build lasting partnerships with local businesses and corporations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Drive new membership acquisition through outbound sales and in-person engagement
-Identify, pursue, and convert new leads via walk-ins, events, digital outreach, and referrals
-Develop and nurture corporate partnerships to promote group memberships and wellness programs
-Track sales metrics and manage a pipeline using CRM tools (training provided)
-Work closely with the Gym Manager to align goals and strategies
-Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and a member-first attitude
What We're Looking For:
-Proven sales or business development experience (fitness/wellness industry is a plus!)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
-Confident presenting to individuals and businesses
-Comfortable with outreach (calls, emails, face-to-face) and building relationships
-Passionate about fitness and community
