Achieving individual and collective sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experience, as per company's service standards (UPT, ATV and personal target will be shared by Store Manager)
Driving sell-throughs within the store
Display role model behaviour of fashion-savviness by sharing market and competitor trends with the team.
Keep up to date with specific Brand product knowledge
Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach; Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements
Promote loyalty program and stay up to date with app offerings etc.
Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs
Maintain personal grooming standards as per Brand guidelines, whilst wearing current season uniform issued by the company as per the current SOP
Educational Qualification
Graduate or high school qualifications
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service.
Competencies
Must have basic computer knowledge
Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills
