Job Overview:

We are seeking candidate with a

valid UAE driving license

to join our team as a

Sales Collection Officer

. The ideal candidate will handle company

payments, Statement of Accounts (SOA), and ledgers

, while also managing and collecting overdue payments from customers. This position is critical for maintaining healthy cash flow and positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Overdue Payment Collection:

Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone, email, and other channels to ensure prompt payments.

Account Management:

Oversee a portfolio of overdue accounts, ensuring compliance with agreed payment terms.

Negotiation:

Arrange payment plans, settlements, or alternatives in line with company policy.

Payment Handling:

Manage the day-to-day updating payments and updating of ledgers.

SOA Preparation:

maintain up-to-date Statements of Account for clients.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and payment agreements in the company's database or CRM system.

Customer Relationship Management:

Foster positive client relationships while enforcing timely payments.

Dispute Resolution:

Handle and resolve client payment disputes professionally.

Compliance:

Adhere to UAE labor and financial regulations in all collection activities.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales, finance teams to resolve account issues.

Qualifications:

Preferred Male with a

valid UAE driving license

(mandatory) Proven experience in

collections, sales, or customer service

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Results-driven and able to meet collection targets Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and familiar with CRM systems Detail-oriented and organized, especially with SOAs and ledgers Tagalog Speaker

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a

sales

or

client-facing

role is a plus Familiarity with UAE-based customer accounts and billing processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,300.00 per month
