, building a dynamic new Sales team to drive growth and market presence. With a Sales Manager, Marketing Lead, and Sales Coordinator already onboarded, we are seeking an experienced
Sales Coach
to develop, train, and mentor our team until the Sales Director formally joins.
Role Overview
The
Sales Coach
will play a pivotal role in setting up the foundation for our European Sales operations. You will coach and guide the new sales hires to build strong consultative selling habits, enhance customer engagement techniques, and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. This role requires someone hands-on, energetic, and capable of creating immediate impact through structured coaching, pipeline reviews, and skill-building programs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver
sales training sessions
(virtual or in-person) focused on prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
Coach the team on
sales methodology
, CRM utilization, and performance metrics.
Conduct
regular 1:1 coaching sessions
and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
Work closely with leadership to
align sales strategies
with the organization's growth objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Sales Coach, Sales Trainer, or Sales Enablement Lead
in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
8+ years of experience in sales or sales leadership roles (preferably in
European markets
).
Strong understanding of
consultative and solution-based selling
.
Familiarity with
CRM systems
(HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and modern sales tools.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills with a motivating presence.
Experience coaching multicultural or distributed teams is a strong advantage.
Ability to design and deliver
training content, workshops, and performance improvement plans
.
