Key Responsibilities



Leadership & Strategy



Develop and execute

strategic sales and client relations plans

aligned with the company's goals. Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales and client relations executives. Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets. Identify

new market opportunities

, potential partnerships, and growth areas.

Client Relations



Build and maintain

strong, long-term relationships

with key clients, government entities, and private institutions. Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring

top-level satisfaction and trust

. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and confidence. Manage client feedback and resolve issues efficiently and gracefully.

Sales & Business Development



Be

highly target-oriented

, driven by measurable results and consistent achievement. Develop creative outreach strategies to attract new clients. Present and explain products or services clearly, tailoring solutions to client needs. Attend and represent the company at

events, exhibitions, and conferences

Reporting & Coordination



Prepare

sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews

for management. Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution. Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and opportunities. Use data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve conversion

Requirements



Female candidate with a

professional appearance and confident presence

.

Fluent in Arabic and English

(spoken and written). Minimum

5 years of experience

in sales, business development, or client management (preferably in the UAE). Proven ability to

achieve sales targets

and manage client accounts. Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

and CRM/database systems.

Experience communicating with government entities or managing government projects

is a strong advantage. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
