Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven

Sales and Client Relation Manager (Female)

to oversee

interior cleaning and restoration projects

for Jets, Aircrafts, Yachts and Hotels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Sales, Obtaining clients end-to-end project operations, ensuring quality service delivery, coordinating with clients, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, repair, and restoration.

Key Responsibilities:

Build bonds and trust relationships with the key clients of an organization. Act as the focal point for clients' requests and keep key customers well-informed about aircraft and yacht Interior Solutions business news, service features and product developments. Plan, schedule, and execute aircraft, yacht and hotels interior cleaning and restoration projects. Coordinate teams of cleaning and restoration specialists. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and manage expectations. Ensure additional works/services sale during the projects. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high service standards. Monitor compliance with aviation and maritime industry regulations and safety standards. Assist in maintaining inventory and procurement of cleaning/restoration materials. Troubleshoot issues and provide swift solutions to operational challenges. Document project progress, create reports, and present updates to management. Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and efficiency. Contribute to sale increase and new leads generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). An MBA would be an advantage.

Experience:

Minimum

5+ years

of project management experience in the

aviation, maritime, or luxury hospitality industry

. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and client management abilities. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Ability and experience in designing commercial proposals and price calculations Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of aviation and marine cleaning standards and regulatory requirements. Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail. UAE driving license & own vehicle is a must. Multi-tasker with excellent time-management skills. Ability to prioritize and accomplish high-value tasks under pressure Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Arabic is highly important and required. Knowledge of Russian or other languages would be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Higher degree in marketing and sales, international business, preferably MSc/MBA. Degree in Engineering discipline is advantageous. Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar). Experience with high-end/luxury interior cleaning and restoration. Understanding of eco-friendly cleaning solutions and industry best practices.
