Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell agri-input products (fertilizers, pesticides, micronutrients, etc.) to distributors, retailers, and agri-dealers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Expand the distribution network by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new channel partners.
Conduct joint sales visits with retailers/distributors to drive product visibility, push sales, and improve field-level execution.
Provide product demonstrations, technical guidance, and after-sales support to customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategy development.
