We're looking for an

Arabic-speaking BDR

to join our team in

Dubai

. This role is a

hybrid mix of business development and account management

--perfect if you love both the thrill of the hunt and the art of relationship-building.



What You'll Be Doing:




Source, pitch, and close

new small-business deals

via outbound calling, email, and social selling Consult with merchants to understand their goals and tailor impactful marketing campaigns Manage and grow relationships with your accounts post-signing Understand the full business picture: customer base, margins, market position, and potential Negotiate win-win partnerships that drive real results--for merchants and Groupon Meet or exceed ambitious sales and revenue goals Collaborate with our Merchant Success team to ensure smooth handoffs and ongoing results

What We're Looking For:




? Native or business-fluent

Arabic speaker

, with strong English ? 2-3 years in

B2B sales

, ideally with inside/phone-based selling ? Experience in

relationship/account management

a big plus ? Track record of

exceeding quotas

, negotiating deals, and driving business growth ? You're coachable, resilient, and resourceful--you love a challenge and learn from feedback ? You take ownership of your pipeline and performance ? You're structured, curious, and persuasive--able to connect with diverse business owners ? CRM experience (like Salesforce) is a bonus
