Role Overview:
We're looking for a persuasive and results-driven
Sales Telemarketer / Business Development Representative
to proactively reach out to potential customers (landlords), pitch our services, and close deals. You'll follow up with warm leads, negotiate terms, and creatively overcome objections to grow our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential landlords (cold/warm leads) via phone, email, or social media.
Present our holiday home services persuasively, highlighting benefits (e.g., higher occupancy, hassle-free management).
Follow up with interested prospects and nurture relationships.
Negotiate terms and close deals with a customer-centric approach.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
sales, telemarketing, or business development
(real estate/holiday homes a
big plus
).
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
.
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
Ability to think creatively to tailor pitches and overcome objections.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus.
