Sales & Business Development Engineer - ESCO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Engineer to support our ESCO projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in Sustainable, Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls Engineering, with a strong understanding of energy efficiency and sustainable solutions, paired with proven experience in sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to generate new business opportunities within ESCO/sustainability projects.Conduct site visits and energy audits to identify energy-saving opportunities and propose suitable solutions.Develop and present technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements and project scope.Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to energy efficiency and sustainability.Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote company offerings and expand the business network.Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the ESCO division.Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client feedback to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in energy efficiency or sustainable engineering projects, preferably with a sales or business development focus.Experience can be international; UAE experience is an added advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
