Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development : IPD

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil & gas sector. Meeting EPCs, visiting greenfield/new-build sites, building new relationships, and turning opportunities into real results. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Develop sales strategies specific to hydraulic and industrial machinery products. Strong communication & negotiation skills Confidence working with EPCs & subcontractors Technical a inity and a proactive, energetic approach Ability to travel 60-80% across the region Fluent English (additional languages = bonus) Customer Engagement Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and end users. Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations. Attend customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Technical Consultation

Provide technical support & product solutions tailored to client needs. Interpret client requirements and recommend appropriate hydraulic solutions. Coordinate with engineering teams for custom configurations. Market Analysis Conduct market research on competitors, products, pricing, and industry trends. Provide feedback to management on market needs and opportunities.Reporting & Coordination Report weekly/monthly sales activities and pipeline status. Coordinate with internal departments: procurement, logistics, engineering.

Qualifications :

Education

Diploma/bachelor's degree in mechanical/production engineering, Industrial

Engineering, Hydraulics, or related technical field.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in sales or application support for hydraulic systems and industrial machinery. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry preferred. Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of hydraulic components, systems, and applications. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Negotiation and customer relationship management. Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented.

Driving License

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Ready to travel across UAE for client visits and site inspections.
