Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities focusing on food manufacturers, importers, distributors, and retailers.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer support.
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management through CRM tools.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in the food industry (experience with dried fruits, natural sweeteners, or ingredients preferred).
Strong knowledge of export sales, international trade regulations, and logistics.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Preferably Arabic Lady.
