Field Sales Representative - Travel Industry

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Representative, to drive sales and build strong relationships in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting travel packages, services, and products to clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners. This role requires frequent travel, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for the travel and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:Identify and acquire new clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and direct customers.Promote and sell travel packages, hotel bookings, flights, and other travel-related services.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase travel offerings.Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client concerns.Market Research & Strategy:Monitor travel industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for improved service offerings.Travel & On-Site Visits:Visit clients in assigned territories to strengthen partnerships and close deals.Attend travel trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.

Qualifications & Requirements:Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Ability to work independently and travel frequently.Knowledge of travel booking platforms and CRM software is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
