Job Title:

Sales / Business Development Manager (Arabic Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across the Forex and Crypto markets.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools (HubSpot).

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Crypto, Trading platforms, Exchanges, Derivatives, Futures and Options, B2B, and B2C sales within the region. Identify and prospect potential institutional clients, including banks, financial institutions, corporates, and hedge funds. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the institutional client base. Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and present product offerings to drive sales growth. Collaborate with internal teams, including trading, research, and operations, to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics to effectively position products and services. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management, and participate in sales meetings and performance reviews. Identify cross-selling opportunities and work closely with other teams to expand product offerings for existing clients. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify potential areas for business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, with a preference for backgrounds in fintech, digital services, or cryptocurrency sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools is highly desirable. Must be able to speak Arabic & English
