Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic

Sales Associate

to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about property sales, eager to learn, and ready to build a successful career in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Abu Dhabi. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and follow?ups. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company?provided channels. Maintain up?to?date knowledge of market trends, new listings, and pricing. Support senior agents with client management and documentation. Prepare and review basic sales and leasing paperwork. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast?paced, target?driven environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage. UAE driving license preferred. Willingness to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
