Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
Conduct property tours and provide detailed information on listings
Build and maintain a strong network of clients and property owners
Negotiate offers and close transactions in line with company policies
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate platforms
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
