Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for property, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be responsible for assisting clients in property transactions, conducting viewings, and delivering exceptional service throughout the buying and selling process.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
Conduct property tours and provide market insights to clients
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors
Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and integrity
Stay informed about market trends, legal procedures, and new property listings
Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and transaction records
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital tools
Energetic, self-motivated, and client-focused
