We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Associate

with proven experience in the

interior fit-out and exhibition industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and supporting the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and exhibition sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of sales experience in the UAE

within the

interior fit-out and exhibition field

(mandatory). Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong network of contacts in the fit-out and exhibition industry in the UAE. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
