friendly, confident, and customer-focused Female Sales Associate

to join our boutique team and bring our floral magic to life!

What You'll Do:

Greet customers with a warm smile and assist them with their floral and gift needs Understand customer preferences and suggest the perfect bouquets or arrangements Share your knowledge about our blooms and gift collections to guide their purchases Assist with sizing and styling (where applicable) and provide thoughtful suggestions Accurately handle transactions using our modern POS systems Maintain a beautiful, clean, and inviting store atmosphere Help with product displays and ensure everything looks as stunning as our flowers

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (extra retail/customer service training is a plus) Experience in retail, customer service, or a flower shop is a big advantage Strong interpersonal skills--you love talking to people and helping them Positive attitude, team spirit, and a love for delivering excellent service

Arabic speaker preferred

to serve our diverse clientele more effectively
