We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Sales Associate, who can speak Arabic/ French

to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and engaging manner. Assist customers in product selection based on their needs and preferences. Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques. Maintain product knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and new arrivals. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Handle cash, card transactions, and POS operations accurately. Assist in stock replenishment, price tagging, and inventory checks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store floor and fitting rooms. Follow visual merchandising guidelines and ensure displays are attractive and updated. Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate when necessary. Support the team during peak times, promotions, and store events.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience (preferably in fashion or accessories). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong selling skills and customer service mindset. Presentable, well-groomed, and fashion-conscious. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Basic computer literacy (POS system knowledge is an advantage). Multilingual skills (Arabic, English, others) are a plus. Aed 3000 will be salary
