Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify their needs, and guide them in product selection to maximize sales.
• Convert walk-in visitors into repeat buyers by offering personalized assistance and product recommendations.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to increase customer retention and brand engagement.
• Deliver excellent service by following the company's GUEST method (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
• Stay informed about all Apparel Group brands to support cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance while ensuring consistent adherence to brand presentation standards.
• Display products effectively according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Handle all POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including billing, refunds, and cash/card processing.
• Maintain stockroom organization and assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention and security procedures at all times.
• Support the store team during sales periods, seasonal changes, and promotional events.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or business management are a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, customer-oriented, and passionate about sales and fashion.
• Knowledge of POS operations and retail sales procedures.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
