Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience.
• Convert casual visitors into loyal buyers through effective product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Promote the company's loyalty program (Club Apparel) to encourage repeat sales.
• Follow the GUEST service model - Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, and Thank.
• Maintain strong knowledge of product lines across Apparel Group's brand portfolio.
• Ensure displays, mannequins, and merchandise arrangements follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Handle billing operations efficiently, including cash, card, and voucher transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and sales transactions.
• Ensure store cleanliness, product organization, and adherence to layout norms.
• Stay alert to prevent stock loss and ensure compliance with loss prevention policies.
• Maintain high grooming standards and a professional attitude at all times.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and extended shifts during sales periods.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in retail or business is an advantage.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
• Proficient in basic POS and cash handling operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
