Apparel Group Abu Dhabi is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service and contribute to achieving store sales targets. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining visual standards, ensuring operational excellence, and acting as a brand ambassador to create a superior shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist them in finding suitable products.
• Drive sales by converting window shoppers into loyal buyers.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to increase repeat business.
• Deliver service excellence by following the GUEST sales method (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
• Stay informed about various brand offerings to enhance suggestive selling.
• Maintain professional grooming, presentation, and a positive attitude at all times.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed and arranged per visual merchandising standards.
• Handle point-of-sale operations efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
• Record and monitor all stock movements to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support stock replenishment and assist in maintaining adequate product levels on the floor.
• Prevent loss through vigilance and adherence to company security and SOP guidelines.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours during promotions or sales.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail or business is an advantage.
• 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented.
• Basic understanding of POS operations and retail processes.
• Team player with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
