Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in choosing products that best meet their needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow company selling guidelines (GUEST - Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
• Convert walk-in shoppers into repeat customers by building rapport and promoting the Club Apparel loyalty program.
• Stay informed on all brand collections and product features to enhance cross-selling and upselling.
• Ensure all products are displayed as per visual merchandising standards and brand layout guidelines.
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist in replenishing inventory on the sales floor.
• Process POS transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing, refunds, and cash/card handling.
• Adhere to store SOPs, loss prevention policies, and maintain confidentiality of business information.
• Ensure store security, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts during sales or festive seasons.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or sales preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, or footwear retail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive, professional attitude.
• Knowledge of POS operations and store procedures.
• Well-groomed and professional presentation at all times.
