Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right products, ensuring a pleasant in-store experience.
• Convert walk-in customers into loyal buyers through exceptional service and effective sales techniques.
• Promote the Club Apparel loyalty program to drive repeat business and strengthen customer relationships.
• Follow the company's selling standards (GUEST: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank) to deliver consistent service quality.
• Stay updated on all product lines and brand collections for effective suggestive selling.
• Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.
• Manage in-store visual merchandising by ensuring products are displayed attractively according to brand layout standards.
• Handle POS operations, billing, and payment processing accurately (cash, card, vouchers, or electronic payments).
• Maintain daily inventory records, ensuring accurate tracking of inward and outward stock.
• Ensure store security and loss prevention measures are followed diligently.
• Participate in stock replenishment, markdowns, and seasonal setups.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and extended hours during sales or festive seasons.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or business training is preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience, ideally in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer engagement.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail operations.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
