Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Drive sales through effective communication and professional selling techniques.
• Convert casual shoppers into loyal customers by delivering a superior buying experience.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to increase customer engagement and repeat business.
• Follow the company's GUEST standards (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank) for every interaction.
• Keep up to date with the brand's products, trends, and promotional campaigns to support suggestive selling.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance, reflecting the brand's standards at all times.
• Display merchandise according to visual merchandising (VM) guidelines to optimize product visibility.
• Ensure all inventory transactions (inward and outward) are recorded accurately and reported as required.
• Manage POS operations including billing, payments, refunds, and cash handling with precision.
• Maintain vigilance regarding store security, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Support team members during stock replenishment, seasonal setups, and promotional periods.
• Be available for flexible work hours including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts during sales events.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or business preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience, ideally in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle segments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficient in POS systems and basic retail operations.
• Presentable, confident, and motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative team spirit.
