- Assist sales manager in all order activities starting from offers up to order executing and delivering materials
- Handle orders by phone, email, and check if the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers
- Input orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements
- Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department
- Arrange logistics and coordinate with freight forwarders
