Job description We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales & Logistics Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales & Operation team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information. Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with the Sales & Operation Team and their clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships.
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Providing sales & logistics and administrative support through various office duties.
  • Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets - Preparing monthly, weekly, or daily sales analysis as instructed by the Divisional Manager
  • Input new sales inquiries into the company's database and update program files in the database as needed.
  • Collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and accounting program information in order to increase the productivity of sales.
  • Maintaining an efficient work environment while contributing to the overall success of the organization
  • Logistics Coordinating and responding to all requests for requests.
  • Assisting in the implementation of sales as prepared by the Sales inquiries
  • Retain knowledge of Clients, Delivery and logistics operations,s, etc. to provide an accurate assessment of particular needs for a client.
  • Create proposals and contracts that accurately reflect the services requested.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Respond to complaints from customers.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handle the processing of all orders and dispatch with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineer - Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical or relevant field; Operation/sales will be an asset.
  • Proven 2- 4 years experience in sales; operation & Customer service experience coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus; Telesales. Logistics & customer service - FMCG or E-Commerce / Manufacturing Business.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office) & ERP
  • English & Hindi and other languages
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication

  • Dispatch and delivery , customer complaints: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)
