Sales assistant Provides Admin support to the sales Manager and Prepare quotations, LPO\xe2\x80\x99s or any other important documents as per the instructions from sales Manager. Coordinating with sales Manager for follow-up, documents and Provide clerical and operational support. Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Handle and process sales documents efficiently and ensuring accuracy.
Data Management: Manage and update customer and sales-related databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including sales, collection and invoicing, to facilitate smooth order processing and customer support
Calendar Management: Assist sales teams with scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups to optimize sales activities.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including organizing files, managing office supplies, and handling incoming calls
Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales metrics, order status, and customer feedback for management review.
Qualifications:
Female Only
1-2 years of experience in administrative support or sales support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools.
