Job Description
Sales Assistant
- Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer software.
- Investigates new items and makes recommendations for purchasing products
- Create invoices, purchase orders, order confirmation, quotation/offer to the customers
- Negotiate software price from software vendors
- Assist company helpline/calls
- Update salesforce with the Sales team
- Communicate/Coordinate and support the Germany team for any evaluation of the quotes
- Following up with pending invoices/quotes
- Follow-up on all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated
- Utilize all channel management and reporting tools
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Willing to relocate in Germany?
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Sales: 3 years (Required)
- English (Required)
