: Online Marketing and Sales Specialist Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Marketing and Sales Specialist. This position requires a deep understanding of the KSA e-commerce market and experience in selling electronic devices such as smartwatches and AirPods online. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining a strong online presence to maximize our brand visibility and revenue. Responsibilities: 1. KSA E-commerce Expertise: - Demonstrate a solid understanding of the KSA e-commerce landscape, including popular platforms, market trends, and consumer behavior. - Stay updated on the latest regulations, policies, and best practices related to e-commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 2. Online Sales: - Develop and execute effective strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets. - Conduct market research to identify potential customers, analyze competitor activities, and identify market trends. - Implement online advertising campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives to increase product visibility and drive conversions. - Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts. 3. Product Expertise: - Possess in-depth knowledge of electronic devices, particularly smartwatches and AirPods. - Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, specifications, and technological advancements in the industry. - Create compelling product descriptions and marketing materials to highlight product benefits and attract potential customers. 4. Online Marketing: - Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach a wider audience. - Utilize various online marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising, to promote products and engage with customers. - Monitor and optimize online marketing campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and continuous improvement. 5. Customer Relationship Management: - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized support. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in online marketing and sales, with a focus on the KSA e-commerce market.
• Familiarity with selling electronic devices, especially smartwatches and AirPods, is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in using online marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and analytics software.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
