- Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service.
- Customer support, Solve the queries online via mail or by calling.

- Proven working experience in retail sales
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English

- Basic administration skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in industrial automation products.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
