Perform general administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, email correspondence, faxing, filing, meeting minutes, mailings and deliveries, and coordinating meeting room calendars
Maintain filing system, contact database
Answer phone calls and direct calls, emails inappropriate manner
Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
Aiding with client reception as needed.
Coordinating events as necessary.
Office Assistant Requirements:
High school diploma or associate's degree.
Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Great communication skills.
