Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic

Sales Assistant

to support our sales team through

lead generation, outreach, and administrative support

.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct cold calling and door-to-door marketing to generate leads. Book a minimum of

60 meetings per month

with potential clients. Assist in preparing sales materials such as

scripts, PPTs, brochures, and presentations

. Support the Salesperson during client meetings and events. Coordinate logistics for

events, campaigns, and marketing activities

. Maintain

lead and contact databases

.

Compensation & Terms



Base Salary:

AED 2,000/month

Commission:

20% on any direct sales closed independently

Probation Period:

2 weeks Continuation depends on meeting lead generation and meeting-booking targets*

Provided Tools:

Mobile phone, SIM card, balance, leaflets, and marketing materials

Requirements



Some experience in

customer service, telesales, or direct marketing

preferred Good

communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle rejection

Basic computer skills

(for preparing materials and lead tracking) Fluent in

English

; additional languages (

Arabic, Hindi

, etc.) are a plus
