We are hiring Sales Executive for Wooden Pallets -Packaging \xe2\x80\x93 Boxes Industry position, responsible for meeting or exceeding established Wooden Pallets sales volume by developing new accounts plus retaining and growing existing business. You will receive a salary with Commission and bonus based upon sales volum as per Sales Agreement. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES \xef\x82\xb7 Establishes key objectives that focus on the importance of driving core and new business opportunities with current and potential customers in market for Pallets, Packaging and Boxes Sales. \xef\x82\xb7 Generates new customers (both those we sell ) plus retain and grow existing accounts by way of working as a \xe2\x80\x9cPallets Manufacturers\xe2\x80\x9d with the account via proactively understanding and accommodating their needs. \xef\x82\xb7 QUALIFICATIONS \xef\x82\xb7 Experience \xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 2 years (UAE) Sales Management, retail, supply chain, manufacturing IN A WOOD INDUSTRY \xef\x82\xb7 Good Communication Skills \xef\x82\xb7 Customer Oriented \xe2\x80\x93 Ability to take care of the customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs while following company procedures \xef\x82\xb7 Driving License is a must \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work under pressure and still deliver results. \xef\x82\xb7 Exceptional negotiation skills \xef\x82\xb7 Strong sales skills: relationship building, presentations, influencing skills.
